It's the season of cherries, strawberries ... of flavors :) ... I liked the cherry pandispan presented by Timi (Timea) so much that I said I have to do it too. It's done so fast .. ..with few ingredients ... Let's say it turned out so good .... fluffy, fragrant .... perfect this season>: D <.Thanks Timi for the recipe>: D <.... Must try !!! Guaranteed;)
- 3 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 150 g sugar
- 150 gr white flour type '00'
- 1 2 sachet baking powder
- 6 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 200 gr cherries
- powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pandispan with cherries:
We wash the cherries, break their tails and remove the seeds.
Put whole eggs in a bowl together with a pinch of salt. Mix at maximum speed until they lightly color.
Add the sugar and continue mixing at maximum speed until the eggs become foam.
We put the oil and mix,
Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the egg composition, mixing lightly with a spatula.
Wallpaper an oven tray with baking paper (or grease with butter and line with flour). Pour the composition and place the cherries on the surface.
Put the tray in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and leave the pandispan in the pan until it cools slightly.
As you like, you can powder it with powdered sugar. Let's cook and serve!
A good tip read in Timi: when we take the cake out of the oven, leave it in a warm place, so that the top does not leave. We can leave it in the oven with the door open for 5 minutes.
Equally good and fragrant is this pandispan, replacing cherries with cherries.
After pleasure you can increase the amount of cherries.
