In a tall bowl put flour, egg, yeast (half a 25g cube), salt and knead with warm milk. Let the dough rise in a warm place, covered with a towel.

From this dough I made 2 pizzas.

We prepare the salami, for the first pizza we cut the salami into slices and for the second we made strands. Beat the 3 eggs as for the omelet and grate the cheese. When the dough has risen, divide it into two equal parts and make two pizza tops. For garnish, place the salami, grated cheese and egg, add a few drops of broth, press a little salt and bake for 15-20 minutes.
