- 1/2 kg Champignon mushrooms
- salt pepper
- 1 clove of garlic (you can add more)
- For mayonnaise sauce
- 2 yolks
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 150 ml oil
- 200 ml sour cream (25%)

RECIPE PREPARATION Mushroom salad:
The mushrooms are cleaned and washed, boiled in boiling salted water. Until then, prepare the mayonnaise sauce, mix the yolks with the mustard and pour the oil, a little at a time, mix in one direction, so as not to cut the mayonnaise. Then gradually add the cream at room temperature and mix in that direction. Season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. The boiled mushrooms are removed, drained well and cut according to preference, I cut the scales, I like the bigger pieces :) Add to the mayonnaise sauce and mix. They are served with great appetite !!!
